Welcome to MshortTV ("we", "our", or "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

MshortTV is intended for users 13 years of age and older. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

• You may sign in with your Google account to sync your library, watch history, and rewards across devices.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile, library, and push token from our servers.

3. Coins & Rewards

• Coins are a virtual, in-app currency used to unlock episodes. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.
• You can earn coins for free through daily streaks, watching rewarded ads, enabling notifications, and other in-app bonuses.
• Coins are non-refundable. We may adjust reward amounts, expire unused coins, or change how coins work at any time.

4. Advertisements

The app shows rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always your choice and lets you earn coins. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• All videos, subtitles, artwork, logos, and other content in the app are owned by MshortTV or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for your own private, non-commercial viewing only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Record, screenshot, download, copy, re-upload, or redistribute any content from the app. The app blocks screen capture to protect content rights.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app, or attempt to bypass episode locks, coin limits, or security features.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated means to farm coins or abuse rewards.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The app relies on Google Firebase (accounts, data, notifications), Bunny CDN (video delivery), and Google AdMob (ads). Your use of the app is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

8. Disclaimer

The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in your region or on your network.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MshortTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when we add new features or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
